Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return any items in new and unused condition and with Dor Raw Luxury tags still attached within 14 days of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

US orders can be returned at no cost. In order to return for free please use return label provided by us. If you haven't receive any return label, please contact us to receive one. 

Currently we do not provide free returns for international orders including Europe. Therefore we can only accept returns if the customer covers all costs for return.
